How long does shipping take?

Most items are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! We love creating custom gifts, apparel, drinkware, socks, and more. If you have an idea, we’d love to help bring it to life.

What size are your socks?

Most of our socks are one size fits most adults. Any product-specific sizing information will always be listed on the product page.

Are your drinkware products dishwasher safe?

To help preserve the artwork, we recommend hand washing all printed mugs, pint glasses, and rocks glasses.

Can I return a personalized or custom item?

Since each custom piece is made specifically for you, personalized orders usually can’t be returned or exchanged. That said, if something isn’t right when it arrives, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re a small family business, and we’ll always do everything we reasonably can to make things right.

Do you create original designs?

Yes. Many of our designs are created in-house, and we also offer custom products made from your ideas, photos, or artwork. Whether you’re shopping for something unique or looking to create a one-of-a-kind gift, we’re happy to help.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Not at this time, but we’re always happy to ship your order directly to the recipient if you’d like to send it as a gift.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in one of our products, contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your order.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Can I request a product that isn’t on your website?

Absolutely! Some of our favorite projects started as customer ideas. If you have something in mind that you don’t see on the website, send us a message. We’d love to hear your idea.
